As National Sales Director, Roger Williams has been responsible for the successful creation of ADEY's UK sales force.
Roger's remit extends right across the MagnaClean range establishing and directing major contracts and developing
key relationship with leading industry affiliates. Vastly experienced in the UK and European heating sector, Roger takes a genuine
pride in delivering excellence which fits well with ADEY's inherent philosophy in all areas. Having started his career with Potterton
Myson, he moved to Ferroli and Viessmann where he held positions at senior manager and director level.
Outside the industry, Roger enjoys keeping fit, skiing, scuba diving and worldwide travel off the beaten track.
ADEY's National Accounts Director Phil Sadler not only brings a vast wealth of market knowledge to his role,
but an unbridled passion for the company's MagnaClean technology which he regards as one of the most important developments
in the industry for a generation.
Phil's knowledge and dedication is widely respected in the sector and his understanding stems from a previous role as
National Support Installation Manager with British Gas. He is responsible for managing ADEY's principal UK accounts as
well as technical product education.
A devoted family man, Phil also keen on weight training, golf, dining out and DIY.
Drive and energy combined with extensive product knowledge give Emily Tame ideal credentials for her role as Area Sales Manager for
the South Midlands. Emily has been with ADEY from the outset and is a valuable part of the growth of the
company in recent years.
Focusing on tenders across ADEY's MagnaClean range, Emily is also responsible for managing her own
customer base in the South Midlands including Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire as well as
generating leads for her sales colleagues.
Away from the office, her interests include Salsa dancing, travelling and shoes.

An award winning salesman, Mike Nevin joined ADEY in 2008 having started his career in the heating industry nearly 30 years ago
with Thorn EMI.
Having enjoyed various roles within manufacturing and merchant environments, Mike became Area Sales Manager with Wolseley and Regional Sales Manager
with Barlo Radiators. He has several awards including Salesman of the Year while with Viessmann. His commitment to customer care is well known
throughout the North East and Scotland.
When he's not drumming up sales he plays in a band or spends time trying to reduce his golf handicap.
Claire Baron joined ADEY's growing national sales force in June 2008 and having entered the central heating sector at a young age now has 15 years
experience at various levels. Claire has run training academies at both Vaillant and Alpha and took on her first sales role at Viessmann before taking on her
current role.
An extremely bubbly, approachable and dedicated professional who fully understands the concept of delivering high levels of customer service, Claire is
also a totally devoted mother and time away from work is spent with her son.
Jon Weller joined ADEY in 2008 and is another highly experienced and integral member of the company's successful national sales team
with 30 years in the industry.
Jon gained most of his experience with Vaillant and having started as an Area Sales Manager for London and the South East he took on a number of roles
at both regional and national level with particular focus on the specification market. He prides himself on the ability to build strong and lasting
business relationships and hopes to play a decisive part in ADEY's plans for growth in the South.
Knowledge and experience rank highly throughout ADEY's national sales team and Phillip Gall re-enforces the
point with more than 20 years' service at various levels within the central heating sector throughout Wales.
Phillip's sales role embraces the South West. His enthusiasm for the MagnaClean range prompted a career
move to what he regards as one of the most dynamic companies in the industry today.
A family man, who enjoys rugby and travel, Phillip has his sights set on extending ADEY's customer
base and continuing growth.

With nearly 40 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry, Tony Swift adds excellent award
winning credentials to ADEY's impressive national sales operation.
An extremely charismatic individual, Tony is keen to play an integral role in ADEY's ongoing development
and respond to future market trends.
Having enjoyed considerable success at Potterton Myson, he moved to IBP Conex where he became Northern
Regional Manager. Tony is well known throughout the Midlands and has received a number of sales awards
recognising his commitment to customer care and service.
Bruce joined ADEY's UK national sales team early in 2010 having started his career in the heating sector ten years earlier
at Biasi UK where he was promoted to Area Sales Manager, North West. Following a switch to ATAG Heating where he was responsible
for specification sales in the Midlands, Bruce embarked on an 18 month adventure visiting America and Australasia.
He returns with a renewed passion for his career and a desire to help establish ADEY's growing product range among the
industry's best known brands.
Bruce's interests outside work include football, running, travel, music and film.
