Outstanding service
Thank you very much for the two MagnaClean spanners received. I am not sure what happened to the originals during my boiler replacement, but thanks to your staff, notably the two ladies with whom I had conversations - I am now in a position to service the filter myself.
I was very impressed when contacted right after registering the filter and asked if everything was OK. This led to the first replacement spanner being sent to me, but then last week, I was contacted again to ask whether I had received the spanner and found out that there should have been two with the new filter. Congratulations on an excellent product...it should win an award

I have to say I was totally gob-smacked by the amount of iron oxide that was removed from the MagnaClean unit in only 20 minutes. It was unbelievable. We showed it to the customer and they were equally impressed. And, believe me it takes a lot to impress me. What is even more remarkable was the fact that we had taken out the boiler, taken out the tank and cleaned it out, replaced the feed and vent pipe and power flushed the system. It just shows that you can never get all the sludge/rust out of a system. We will be recommending that MagnaClean is fitted to every boiler from now on. In fact, I think it should be compulsory. This device would save more money than thermostatic rad valves. Congratulations on a excellent product. In my view it should win an award.

Elegant piece of design

Mark Lewis my installer tells me he always uses this type of filter. The amount of sludge that was collected was impressive. The way you keep the sludge in position with the sleeve when you remove the magnet is a very neat and elegant piece of design. Impressed! A truly superb product

I was optimistic when I purchased and thought I would give MagnaClean a try. After a power-flush I fitted this to the return heating pipework, as instructed in the manual, and was absolutely amazed at how easy it was to install, but more so after just five minutes of the heating being turned on because the MagnaClean actually removes more sludge and the client being so impressed. Really impressed with MagnaClean

Within 30 minutes of pressurizing and bleeding the radiators MagnaClean had removed even more sludge than I would have expected. I am really impressed with it. Remarkable reduction in noise

Before installation my 30 year old central heating system was very noisy with loud tinkling sounds coming from the radiators and pipework. Since installing the MagnaClean device there has been a remarkable reduction in this noise. The system is now almost silent!

Filter pulled 3kg of sludge from the system

I power-flushed a system that had been pumping over due to a blockage in the air reperator. The first time I emptied the MagnaClean PowerFlushing Filter I couldn't believe it. The sludge on the magnets was within 5mm of the tube. This happened six times about 40 minutes between each empty. The filter pulled at least 3kg of sludge out of the system, along with the help of my rubber mallet and some cleanser. I am very pleased with the unit.

Amazed with the results

I have had the MagnaClean fitted for 10 days and I am amazed with the results. After 1 hour of installation, I found large deposits of the black sludge on the magnet, and it is so simple to clean. I have since cleaned the unit several times and each time I found large deposits of sludge. I have found in some of my pipework large deposits of solid rust etc and will now being adding your Detox PowerCleanse to the system. VibraClean, what a great product

This product is absolutely brilliant

As an experienced heating engineer I take pride in my work and always try to fit the best quality materials. I recently installed a new boiler and new radiators using the existing heating carcass pipework. I was sure that I had removed all the dirt from the system using my powerflush machine, but decided to fit the MagnaClean. I thought it would be just another gimmick but I decided to try it. How wrong I was! I was absolutely amazed when I checked the MagnaClean two days later. This product is absolutely brilliant, easy to install, check and clean, and you can use it to dose the system. Top marks for MagnaClean. I'll be fitting one on every boiler installation from now on.

Wish I had this filter 15 years ago!

As a retired plumber, I have dealt with numerous heating systems. I was interested in your product as I have not been that impressed with inhibitors for treatment of central heating systems. So, I bought your MagnaClean filter and fitted it to my central heating system, and WOW! I checked the filter after two weeks and it had collected a great deal of oxide particles. I then checked after another two weeks and there was not as much in the filter. The third time I checked there were hardly any particles so I am now leaving it to check once a month. The result is that I now have a quieter, cleaner and more efficient heating system. The radiators get hot from top to bottom, the boiler is now quiet when running. Your product is BRILLIANT! I wish I had this filter 15 years ago!

Occasionally we get a design correct; the mini, the spitfire, now MagnaClean

I installed a MagnaClean Professional filter four months ago. You asked for suggestions to improve the product; I thought I would try it for a while to see if I could make a helpful suggestion - I can't! I've recommended it to many friends and given a number of demonstrations. The fact that the oxide stays in the spool until the magnet is removed seems to blow their minds! Occasionally we get a design completely correct; the mini cooper, the spitfire, now the MagnaClean.

Excellent idea and not one unhappy customer - Great!

As a company we have been installing the MagnaClean filters into as many jobs as we can for around 18 months. The performance is excellent, at times removing quite large particles of debris from the system. Even returning to jobs after a year or so the filters are still working very well and removing debris. In some instances we have also noticed improved system performance over a few months where the filters have cleaned the system water. Excellent idea and not one unhappy customer - Great!

An amazing result

In February 2000, I fitted a new heat exchanger due to kettling. By 2004 it was bad again and I ended up with the output at 47 (maximum is 80). None of the flushing fluids had much effect, but in July 2004, I hired a powerflush pump and circulated DS40. This seemed to do the trick and I was able to reset the output to 80. However, in January 2005 it started to kettle again and I reduced the output to 70. It seemed as though the boiler was on the downward spiral again. Then I saw MagnaClean on the web. I fitted it in March 2005 and this weekend, April 2005,I was able to increase the output to 80 again in two steps. The boiler seems to be getting quieter all the time. I think that this is an amazing result.

 A great step forward in cleaning heating systems

I have installed one of these in a flat that had VERY dirty water in the central heating system. Simple job to cut pipes and insert MagnaClean. Within 20 minutes there was a 10mm coating of magnetite and sludge on the removable core. I am sure that this is a great step forward in cleaning heating systems.
