Tony Swift joins ADEY as Area Sales Manager for the Midlands with more than 20 years experience in the heating and plumbing sector. Having started his working career as an engineer, Tony qualified and then took his technical expertise into the sales side of the business.
He enjoyed considerable success at Potterton Myson before moving to BP Conex where he became Northern Regional Manager. Tony is well known throughout the Midlands and his knowledge and commitment to customer care and service have earned him a number of sales accolades in the past.
Jon Weller steps into a similar role for the South East region after gaining much of his 20 year sector experience working for domestic heating systems supplier Vaillant. Having started as Area Sales Manager for London and the South East, he took on a number of roles at both regional and national level with particular emphasis on the specification market.
ADEY’s National Sales Director Roger Williams said the appointments were part of the company’s transition towards establishing a sales force to serve every region of the UK and Ireland within the next 12 months.
“We’ll be working across ADEY’s range of MagnaClean products including Professional, PowerFlushing Filter and Industrial units, targeting all sectors. We’re receiving exceptional initial feedback from the new sales team and we now need to start extending our scope,” he says.
ADEY’s MagnaClean magnetic filter technology is designed to protect and maintain central heating systems removing virtually 100% of suspended black iron oxide from new and existing domestic and commercial installations. The company claims that it’s the way forward in effective and energy efficient central heating system performance for the heating industry.
