MagnaClean Professional’s latest triple seal valve development, raises the product’s performance credentials to new levels, according to the company. The valve incorporates a number of design enhancements aimed at optimum performance during routine operation.
It’s the latest innovation for a product that continues to be embraced as an industry standard by large sections of the heating and plumbing industry since it was launched almost five years ago.
The triple seal valve includes a replaceable packing gland seal, almost completely eliminating the prospect of leaks, according to Managing Director and product inventor Chris Adey.
“The technology is proven, but it doesn’t stop us striving for the perfect solution to an industry problem that has never been successfully overcome until now,” he explains.
“MagnaClean Professional removes virtually 100 per cent of black iron oxide from the system so, as part of the ongoing product improvement, we want to ensure that every facet of the product performs to the highest standards.
“We understand what central heating professionals out in the field require and what our customers are looking for. We’ve worked incredibly hard to achieve a less than 1% failure rate in our products, but we’re striving for 100 per cent reliability,” he adds.
The new valve gives engineers the option to replace the packing gland seal rather than replacing the whole valve, in the event of a leak. The repair can also be carried out quickly without the need to drain the system, minimising down time and, crucially, the engineer’s call out time.
ADEY’s MagnaClean magnetic filter technology is designed to protect and maintain central heating systems, removing virtually 100% of suspended black iron oxide from new and existing domestic and commercial installations. The company claims that it’s the way forward in effective and energy efficient central heating system performance for the heating industry.
