For a period of two years from purchase, the MagnaCleanse connector warranty covers you against defective materials or workmanship. If, in the opinion of ADEY, the MagnaCleanse connector fails to meet published specifications due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.

It is recommended that you keep a record of your MagnaCleanse connector serial number and retain for future reference.

Terms & Conditions

The MagnaCleanse hose-to-valve connector warranty is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The unit has been installed correctly and maintained and serviced in accordance with the instructions.

2. The unit has not been tampered with or otherwise subjected to misuse, fire, accidental damage or negligence.

3. The unit has not been modified or repaired except by a person authorised by us.

4. The serial number has not been removed or made illegible.

5. The unit is returned to us or delivered to our appointed representative together with proof of date of purchase (in the form of a receipt or invoice).

6. The unit is returned promptly on being found to be defective.

7. The sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee is for the repair or replacement of the unit and no other remedy, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damage or loss of whatsoever nature, shall be available.

8. Our decision on all matters relating to guarantee claims shall be final.
